Rently is designed for use in France. It helps landlords organize residential and seasonal rentals, manage properties and tenants, prepare reminders and generate rent receipts. Rently provides practical tools and does not guarantee legal compliance for any specific situation.
Rently currently uses Sign in with Apple. Users must provide accurate, complete and current information for profiles, properties, tenants, amounts and receipts. Google sign-in may be added in a future version, particularly for Android.
Users are solely responsible for checking generated information, including landlord and tenant identities, property address, period, rent, charges, total paid, date and recipients. A rent receipt must only be issued after full payment of rent and charges for the relevant period.
For partial payment, users must not generate a full rent receipt and should use a receipt or document suitable for partial payment. Rently may add this feature in a future version.
Before emailing a rent receipt, users must ensure that the tenant accepts electronic delivery. Email is sent through the Mail app configured on the user’s device.
Rently does not replace a lawyer, legal adviser, accountant, real-estate professional or tax adviser. Users remain responsible for documents produced and their suitability for the actual situation.
Rently must not be used to produce false documents, impersonate another person, declare inaccurate amounts, avoid legal obligations, store information without lawful authority or infringe third-party rights.
The free plan includes one property, one tenant, one rent receipt per month and one email per month.
Rently Plus includes features such as unlimited properties and tenants, automatic receipt generation, premium PDF export, automatic electronic signatures, organized history, smart search, cloud backup and receipt storage in Firebase Storage.
Prices may change with updates, new features or new plans such as Rently Pro. The applicable price is the price displayed and confirmed through the App Store at the time of purchase.
Currently planned offers are Monthly at €4.99 per month and Annual at €49.99 per year, representing two months free. No free trial is currently offered.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations and billing are managed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled in Apple settings. Restore Purchase recovers an active subscription bought with the same Apple ID.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store rules. Rently and The Shoot Studio do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.
Deleting a Rently account removes its local information, Firestore documents and Firebase Storage files. This action is irreversible. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; users must cancel separately in their Apple account settings.
Payment details, invoices and refunds are managed by Apple. Rently and The Shoot Studio do not store banking details or App Store invoices beyond the subscription status required to provide Rently Plus.
