Rently privacy policy

1. Data controller

Rently is published by The Shoot Studio, a French sole proprietorship registered under SIRET 84186731000028, located at 480 Route de Clisson, 44120 Vertou, France. Legal representative and publication director: José-Manuel Véloso. Contact: contact@theshootstudio.fr.

2. Landlord information

Rently may collect a user identifier, first and last name, the email address provided through Sign in with Apple, phone number, address, subscription status and notification preferences.

3. Tenant information

When entered by the user, Rently may process a tenant’s first and last name, email address, phone number, move-in date, associated property and, when a couple is declared, information about the second tenant.

4. Property and receipt information

Rently may process a property name, address and type, rent, charges, security deposit, payment day and generated rent receipts. Property photographs are not currently stored but may be supported in a future release.

5. Purposes

Information is used to create and secure accounts, manage properties and tenants, generate rent receipts, prepare emails, schedule reminders, synchronize information with Firebase, store PDFs for Rently Plus, manage App Store subscriptions and improve the experience through Firebase Analytics.

6. Legal basis

Processing is primarily based on performance of the service requested by the user, the legitimate interest in securing and improving Rently, and consent when users enable notifications or optional processing.

7. Service providers

Rently uses Apple for Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases, and Firebase services hosted in the Europe region for authentication, Firestore, Storage, Messaging and Analytics.

8. Local and cloud storage

Some information is cached on the device to improve loading. Account, property, tenant and receipt information may be synchronized with Firestore. PDF rent receipts are stored in Firebase Storage only for Rently Plus users.

9. Notifications

When notifications are enabled, Rently may store an FCM token and the day and time selected by the user to send or prepare monthly rent receipt reminders. Notifications can be disabled in the app.

10. Analytics

Rently uses Firebase Analytics to understand overall usage, improve the experience and prioritize updates. These measurements are not used to sell personal information.

11. Retention and deletion

Information is kept while the account exists or while necessary to provide the service. Deleting an account in the app removes associated local information, Firestore documents and Firebase Storage files. This action is irreversible.

12. Data protection rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by emailing contact@theshootstudio.fr. Requests are answered within one month.

13. Tenant privacy

The landlord is responsible for personal information entered about tenants and must have a lawful basis for processing it and inform affected people when required.

JAM privacy policy

1. Data controller

JAM is published by The Shoot Studio. Privacy and personal information questions may be sent to contact@theshootstudio.fr.

2. Account information

JAM uses Firebase Authentication and Google sign-in. The app may collect a user identifier, display name, first and last name, email address, phone number, optional profile photo, sign-in provider and last sign-in date.

3. Event information

JAM may process information entered about performances: venue, start and end time, performance type, whether the event is with MIRAJ PRODUCTIONS or another organization, pre-tax amount, expenses, comments, status and attachments.

4. Venues and attachments

When a venue is created or selected, JAM may process its name, address, postal code, city, phone number, email and SIRET number. Event attachments are stored through Firebase Storage.

5. Notifications

With permission, JAM may store an FCM token, notification status, platform, app version, device model, system version, language and time zone to send alerts about upcoming events and important administrative information.

6. Purposes

Information is used to create and secure accounts, display schedules, manage events, support administrative tracking, synchronize devices, store attachments and send enabled notifications.

7. Service providers

JAM uses Google Firebase, including Firebase Auth, Firestore, Firebase Storage and Firebase Messaging. Google sign-in is used for authentication. Personal information is not sold to third parties.

8. Legal basis

Processing is based on performance of the requested service, the legitimate interest in securing and maintaining the app, and consent for notifications, profile photos or attachments.

9. Retention and deletion

Information is kept while the account exists or while necessary for the service. Users can delete their account under Profile then Delete my account, or email contact@theshootstudio.fr.

10. Data protection rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by contacting contact@theshootstudio.fr. Requests are answered within one month.
