Account and data
Delete a JAM account
JAM users can request deletion of their account and associated data in the app or by email.
How do I delete my account?
In JAM, open the Profile tab and select Delete my account.
You can also email contact@theshootstudio.fr from the address associated with your account.
Deleted information includes the user profile, events, attachments, photos and notification tokens.
Some information may be retained temporarily when required for legal, administrative or accounting obligations. Requests are processed within 30 days.
